2.)1,500 calories in one day- So most of us doesn’t really know about measuring or counting calories, so the way to do it is measure your food according to how big is your balled fist.

Normally fist is small so it only measure for about 4-6 oz. of food. And if you’re following the number 1 rule, you eat mostly protein so your calories must be from there. If they tell you that you have to eat 1.5 up until 2.0 “fist” of protein and 0.5 of rice which is half a fist, it would be simple to follow.

So far, 1.5 up to 2.0 of protein or a fist of it would be like 100-150 calories same on veggies.
